IT’S ALL ABOUT PEOPLE

When we established W2 we wanted to provide a service. Collectively we had all had the recruitment calls offering “the best roles” or “the best candidates to work for us” that simply were never going to be a fit so we created a concept of trying to simply and sensibly match people with relevant opportunities. We set out with some basic key deliverables:


1. We would understand the clients needs fully by listening and establishing the programme.

2. We would meet candidates face to face and offer a detailed set of notes along with the C.V.

3. We would only submit candidates who we knew were capable of meeting the client’s expectations.

4. We would manage the process and follow up.
